Legal guarantee of conformity
Every product you buy from us as a consumer is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for at least 2 years from delivery. It is a right granted by law, free of charge, and it does not depend on any additional guarantee offered by the manufacturer.

What it means for you
If the product does not match what you ordered, has a defect or does not work as it should, and the problem appears within the legal guarantee period, we are responsible for it as the seller.
You can ask, free of charge, for the product to be repaired or replaced. If that is not possible or is not done within a reasonable time, you can ask for a price reduction or to terminate the contract and get your money back.
The legal guarantee and the manufacturer's guarantee
Some products also come with a commercial guarantee offered by the manufacturer. It is added to the legal guarantee and does not limit it. Products whose manufacturer offers a durability guarantee of more than 2 years, covering the whole product at no extra cost, carry the European GARAN label on their page.

The legal guarantee of conformity is governed by Directive (EU) 2019/771 and by Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 140/2021. The notice above is the official model set by Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1960.
